Workforce Training and Collaboration

At Zixan, we actively collaborate with Uzbekistan's Employment Center (Mehnat) to prepare qualified personnel for international work opportunities. Our agency conducts thorough assessments of each candidate's profession, experience, and reliability. We also support them in acquiring the necessary skills and knowledge required for employment abroad.

Through strong cooperation with government-backed training centers (mono-centers) established in each region of Uzbekistan, candidates receive comprehensive training in technical skills, soft skills, and foreign languages. We guide individuals in adapting to foreign work environments, cultures, and professional standards.
